Dad's New Job

Today my dad is going to his new job for the first time. I am really hoping that when I come home from school that he is going to have good news for me about how he loved it! I really hope he likes it and I am so excited for him! He is choosing to follow his dream instead of do the other job that he really dislikes. GOOD LUCK DAD!!

We are now the proud owners of five little kittens! WHOOO!

OMGOSH!!! They are seriously TEENY!! (When I say teeny, I MEAN teeny!!)
Keep in mind that this basket is about as big as my hand, and the kitten is as big as my palm!!
Look at that little face!! We had to stuff the basket with napkins because it was so tiny!
Oh!! So cute!!!!!!! :)

Yes, we REALLY ARE THE OWNERS OF FIVE GORGEOUS KITTENS!! They are all doing well so far and are as cute as ever. They are all black and they look like their mom! Last night, she went into labor at about 9:00 p.m. (perfect- it was right past my bedtime, go paisley!) and finished it off with an adorable little kitten at about 12:00 at night. So, me and Aly stayed up WAY past our bedtimes, but it was worth it, we got to see 2 of the 5 kittens being born! Normally, I would be exhausted today after staying up until 12:00 on a school night, but what has kept me awake is the adrenaline rush!!! These kittens are SO ADORABLE!! The funny thing is is they all already have their own little personalities!! They are the CUTEST things in the WHOLE WORLD!! (One little exception, Carter was really cute and still is!!)

KITTENS OMGOSH!

I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS! PAISLEY IS GIVING BIRTH RIGHT NOW...CAN U BELIEVE IT? I AM SERIOUSLY GOING TO PASS OUT I AM SO ECSTATIC! AT FIRST, I WAS SO SCARED, BECAUSE THE ONE KITTEN WASN'T MOVING BECAUSE PAISLEY WASN'T TAKING CARE OF HER, BUT NOW, SHE IS!! I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW EXCITED I AM! I WILL POST A PICTURE OF THEM WHEN THEY ARE FIVE DAYS OLD, FOR NOW, TA TA!
P.S- THERE ARE ALREADY FIVE OF THEM!!!!

The surprising story of today...it involves me, aly, and cat bites.

Okay, I am just going to tell you right now what happened and then tell you the story. Me and Aly got bit and scratched really bad today. Now for how it happened:
Aly went down to check on paisley (our cat) to see if she had her kittens. Tootsie (our evil cat) managed to follow her down, and Tootsie HATES paisley. So..., the two cats got in a really bad fight..with Aly in the middle. So, as you all can see the near future, Yes, Aly did get scratched a bit. (A bit is a little bit of an understatement!!)
Later, I went down to check on Paisley to see if she was going into labor. I went down, shut the door so Tootsie wouldn't get in. I petted Paisley, and talked sweet to her......and I went to go get her more food. And, that is when it happened. She thought I was heading towards the door to let Tootsie in, so she started to ATTACK my leg. She bit through my shoe and It is bleeding and purple. And, She scratched up my leg. It was horrible. Then, I was teary eyed and shaking, but the door was shut, I was locked in. So, I slowly stepped towards the door to make my escape. But, Paisley didn't think that idea was too hot. So she started to hiss really loud and was freaking out. This happened about ten times until I finally screamed, " MOM!!" and superman came to save me (mom was superman at that moment)!! Well, it was quite the incident. I didn't have much details on Aly because I didn't know the whole stitch, but I'm sure she will have more Details on her blog. The bright side is, we might be getting some cute little kittens sometime soon. See you guys! P.S.- If you think this story was a little too Drama-ful, just know that I AM a Drama Queen, so just a heads up. I kind of did the craziness on purpose!! Bear with me!

Funny Carter Moments

Ever since Carter was really little, we kept and still keep a book of funny things that he used to say!! Here are some of them!
*Whenever Carter got mad, he would say "SHOCK" or "MATCH"!!
*(told by dad) I put carter to bed tonight. He's been sick a couple of days earlier this week but is feeling much better now. After I read his stories to him, I was tucking him in and he said he needed a drink. I asked him if he was sure, because he had had one about 15 minutes ago. He said " Yeah, I need a dwink cause i'n sick". I said, "You're sick?" Carter then said "My heart is calling." I said, "Your heart is calling?" and he said, " Yeah, my heart is calling and it's going like dis: Boom boom boom boom, he pinched his little fingers together like a little crab in rhythm with the booms. He's quite the crazy, funny little boy!
*He always thought that " Asteroid" was a bad word, and ALWAYS said it to us when he got mad!! He is the cutest little brother! Love U Carter!
